The question has been open for years have yell been living on past glories?

I would say that yell are still behind many business directorys in every sense.

Is it about time yell play catch up and actually allow users to rate and review a business?

Why will yell not allow a ratings system?

Maybe its because that would damage there income stream but surely the users benefit from real reviews and in turn make the yell brand a more trusted one.

Come on yell dont hide....
